Ductile at 146 ºC. Does not break down when subject to temperatures below 280ºC. |
FIRE RATING |
As with most organic polymers, PP will burn slowly and form drops but is unlikely to catch fire and, while combustible, is not flammable. The main combustion products are carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water and carbon. In the event of fire, any fire extinguisher can be used. (DIN 4102= B2) (DIN EN 13501-1 = E-d2) |

Non-corrosive |
TOXICITY |
Standard PP is advisable for use in contact with food. |
